I started making sour dough bread in April 2013. I really am obsessed.

I intend to try not buy any commercial bread this year! I love the smell / taste and look of the sour dough.

It just takes a bit of organising with a 17 hour proving time! I love making it and also giving it to friends and family - this will be my new calling card.
